I honestly can’t recommend this limo hire company enough. I booked a car for my son’s 6th birthday and from start to finish everything was just perfect. The booking process was really smooth, communication was great and no question ever felt like too much.

The car itself was absolutely amazing but seeing the kids’ faces was the best part - that’s a memory I’ll treasure forever. A huge thank you to the driver, who completely made the experience. From the moment he arrived, he took charge and made all the kids feel like proper VIPs. He took photos for us by the car and individually as they got in, which was such a lovely touch.

The kids were given a glass of fizzy before we set off (which they fully believed was champagne!) and they were on cloud nine. We had control of the music and the lights so the kids partied the whole journey. The inside of the limo was magical, with multicoloured twinkly lights that made it feel extra special.

I can’t thank them enough for such an amazing experience. My son had the best 6th birthday and it’s something he will remember forever. Thank you for making it so special.

We hired a baby bentley for a year 6 prom and it was AMAZING! We had some nervous children who are neurodiverse that were a little worried before the limo arrived. Within secconds they were having the time of their lives!
The Bentley was beautiful, the driver was fabulous with the children, he was on time and had a great rappor with them and really understood their needs.
The booking was easy and the guys on the phone put my mind at rest instantly. I knew we were in good hands!
We have just booked again as they were so good last time!

We hired the Pink Hummer limo from Kroovel for Face of Woha: We Go Pink event, and it couldn’t have been more perfect! The limo was stunning, sparkling pink, and full of energy, exactly what we needed to match our theme.

The service was amazing, the driver was professional and friendly, and the whole experience added that extra wow factor to our event. Guests loved taking pictures with the limo, and it became one of the highlights of the night.

I booked the Bentley Limo for my sons 40th Birthday. There were 8 of us including my 7 year old and 3 year old grandchildren. We were able to use their car seats in it. We all loved it particularly the kids with the flashing lights and music. The driver arrived on time opened the door for us it was all very grand! We drove around for an hour arriving at our restaurant on time then the driver rang when he was outside to pick us up. Reasonably priced and great service I would recommend Kroovel to my friends and family and will be booking them again maybe for my birthday!

Had an amazing time in the Hummer - limo. What a luxurious experience, going in style for our start of the event. It was comfortable, slick. We had a party in it - singing away and having our drinks. The driver was very good too - very helpful. We didn’t even realise we had reached our destination that’s how amazing the experience was. I will definitely recommend them.

Absolutely fantastic service from this company from the initial booking process and communication through to the lovely driver ( Alina ) who was very professional and the fantastic Mercedes van , which was immaculate. I would not hesitate to use this company for future bookings. We thought our journey to Wembley Stadium might be a bit of a nightmare but due to the knowledge of the driver we were dropped off in a very convenient location and when picked up we were out of the vicinity in 10 minutes. Faultless.

Amazing experience. The limo had a breakdown before it arrived. They had already arranged another before phoning us. We were told the replacement would be 30 minutes late. Hey, problems happen, but they recovered well. The driver was brilliant and I would have no problem recommending these people.

Hired a white Hummer H2 for my friend's hen night in London. Driver was great, super accommodating putting the air con on for us, taking pictures outside and linking the music. Car was clean. I booked a baby Bentley for my daughter’s 10th birthday. I told Exclusive Hire what my budget was and they were very accommodating and reasonably priced considering the distance we were travelling.

Exclusive Hire were very friendly and professional. After making the booking I was kept update with emails and they called a couple of days before just to reconfirm which was very reassuring.

In the day, the driver texted me to let me know his ETA.

John, our driver was smartly dressed and very friendly. He opened the door for my daughter and her friends.

The limo was beautiful and clean inside. The ceiling was lit up and John explained how to connect to the Bluetooth to play our own music which we were in control of at the back.

There were Champagne flutes and water provided. The only negative was that we were told that soft drinks would be provide such as Fanta etc but luckily I packed soft drinks for the kids.

We were driven to our destination and John happily waited for us. We texted him when we were finished and he arrived back promptly to collect us.

The drive was very smooth and felt very safe.

I would want to express my gratitude to John, our driver. We scheduled our trip from Heathrow to Mayfair with UK chauffeur on their website. The procedure was simple and effective. Our plane arrived early, and to my surprise, when we landed, our driver, John, texted us to let us know he was waiting for us at arrivals with a name board.

Water bottles and tissues were provided, the car was immaculate, the service was kind, and John was a pleasure to be around.

For these reasons, I will very certainly make another reservation and would recommend this service.

Porsche Cayenne Limousine 40th Birthday Lady Chauffeur.
Everything was sensational. Roxy, the chauffeur, was brilliant. I loved her. Great personality, really light-hearted, friendly and professional. Lots of time for photos, She arrived promptly, which was lovely. Nothing was too much trouble, she was very hospitable. We all loved the car Porsche Cayenne Stretched Limo, it got the 13 of us in nicely. The sound system was great, we streamed our playlist easily. Would give the whole experience 10 out of 10. From the initial booking in January, deposit taken. No issues, no problems. Plus an over and above service on the day.
Would definitely rebook in the future.

I would not recommend to book through this company they charged £495 for a party bus for 1 hour which only £195 was paid to the driver and £300 was paid to the agency just for booking it which I think is a disgrace!

Really incredible experience that really kickstarted our night. The driver had an issue getting to us but he kept in constant communication and we got there in the end. Once we were in the limo, it was a brilliant experience and we got some great pics and vids to cherish 🙂

I used this place to for Baby Bentley Limo- Driver called Zainab was very unprofessional and rude to myself and guests.
Speakers were not working in the Limo. I would never use or recommend this company, please avoid at any cost if you want to enjoy your event.

I am only providing a 1 rating as there is no option to provide a 0. I booked a Porsche with them in January for a wedding in April. I got a call the day before the wedding to say the car had been written off yesterday, I found out from the supplier of the car that the Porsche was actually written off 3 weeks ago. Yet the company failed to inform me, I could have sourced another car if they had informed me. Then I was offered a Range Rover in place of the Porsche, according to them a Range Rover is of the same if not better quality than a Porsche. I specifically told them on the phone that I did not want a Range Rover and wanted a refund. They sent an updated terms and conditions form with the Range Rover, I did not sign the form or provide any verbal confirmation of my acceptance to have the replacement car. They themselves cancelled the order the following day without providing my £400 deposit. Since then I have also found that they charge £1000 for the Range Rover and yet rival companies only charge £600 for the same model.

I have reported my concerns to trading standards as this is a horrible way to do business, they ruined my wedding day and then refused to provide a refund because their car was written off 3 weeks ago and I refused to have a Range Rover in place of a Porsche.

I never give negative reviews as I understand we should help small businesses but I would urge anyone thinking of renting a car to look elsewhere as this company is not cheap and they break their own terms and conditions and try to make out that it is the customers fault and then keep their hard earned money and ruin their event.

Proper scam, we spoke to them yesterday and ask for 10 kids and 1 adult to be in the booking. Said yes, and now refusing to honor what they have said. Have the recording to prove our wording. Transferred money to account and they do not want to refund. Unethical and liers. I will make sure everyone knows about it. I work in service industry and have not seen anything like this. On the recording guy's name is Jay and main person is Anand who took money into his account

I contacted exclusive hire in the morning and needed a vehicle for 5pm that day as we got let down by a different company. Anand helped and advised me from the very beginning and within 10 mins I had cars booked. He was very professional, very polite very accommodating. Amazing people so helpful and gorgeous limo

I had the most amazing time celebrating my 50th birthday. We sang to the music in the bus and danced in it whilst been chauffeured to the destination. My friends all had a good time and we did a karaoke style set up in the bus. Driver was on time to and fro.

Cannot recommend Exclusive Hire highly enough. Had booked them two years ago just before Covid and paid them in full. They very kindly honoured the same booking two years later and threw in champagne and soft drinks for the family despite a two hour delay with our flight, arriving after midnight. The following day they picked us up and brought us from central London to Harry Potter and when we were done the driver was ready and waiting. Two really lovely drivers, thank you to John and Jay and especially to Anand who organised the whole process for us. Great service & fabulous limos 🙂

Very disappointing Hummer hire
There were no drinks in the limousine, the contract stipulated, bubbly, and soft drinks. There was nothing at all, not even water.
And sitting at the back of the limousine was a very strong smell of exhaust smoke, which surely does not comply with health and safety. When we asked for air-conditioning, there wasn’t any and the only thing the driver was doing was opening the windows.
On the way back, the driver accidentally drove onto the curb after which the limousine wasn’t driving as well and felt like the tire was flat. We were half way home and I asked him to stop and check the tires for everyone safety, but there was no flat tire. Straight after the incident the entire limousine filled with exhaust/carbon monoxide smoke and we all thought we were going to become asphyxiated before the end of the journey.

Turned up on time and couldn’t have been more patient with 32 children ! Excellent service and most certainly be using them next time !

Hired a huracan Lamborghini for my son’s prom. Right from the start and all the way to the return was straight talking, easy to deal with, responsive and a good service from Jay. I couldn’t get my head around the silly excesses asked for by other companies but the terms here were more sensible and Jay was an absolute pleasure to deal with. It was our daughter’s Yr 13 end of year Prom and this company certainly didn’t disappoint. From the outset, giving very little notice, we were offered a Rolls Royce Phantom and we had excellent service. One of our passengers was unfortunately running a little late in getting to our house but the driver was extremely accommodating and polite. Would definitely use again and recommend. The only thing the girls didn’t get offered was the water but that didn’t detract from the wonderful experience they had, arriving in style. Thank you everyone involved!

We hired a RR for My daughters prom 01/07/22 from booking only 3 weeks ago after original booking cancelled I couldn’t have asked for a more professional company these guys went out of there way to make my daughter who was travelling alone to her prom feel safe secure and very relaxed given her full control of music throughout her whole journey the driver was extremely understanding in timing to arrive to be shown off and decorated the car before arriving in beautiful pink bows and ribbon that I had sent over before hand when booking the vehicle jay who took my booking was very helpful in face he went out of his way to make sure we got full use of the car for the price paid even calling up and slightly changing times literally last min I would highly recommend this company and will definitely be recommending it to friends and family in the near future. 10/10 one very happy girl left school in 5* style thank you guys

Unfortunately, there was a problem with the limo we had booked the day before the prom but the company were great. They contacted us immediately and offered alternatives, with four proms on the same night there were no more limos anywhere but the boys loved the Rolls Royce and BMW. They had a great time driving around and visiting friends on the way to the prom and the drivers stuck together so they still arrived at prom together.

I would given no star if I could but I had to give one because of how the Google map reviews work this company has given my daughter a rubbish limousine on her wedding day. We complained through email and callled their cell phone and they never replied back. I don’t recommend this company be aware of hiring cars from them you’ll be disappointed

Excellent service, highly recommended. I hired the vehicle as a wedding car and was running on a tight schedule, so the driver made sure he was there at the pick up address on time. On top of that, he was extremely accommodating, provided comfort as I was extremely nervous. 10/10 service.

We booked the hummer to take my husband and groomsmen to our wedding ceremony. The car was lovely and the driver was excellent! He waited for us and took us all to our wedding dinner after too. Would highly recommend and will definitely use again.

Meant to be professional well this car was disgusting for my wedding day and arrived late and the driver was very rude and no response back either and it cost me £395 for that limo and £75 to change the date when not my fault I wouldn’t recommend these to any just take a look at the pictures

Booking cancelled with less than 24hrs notice large deposit not returned and abuse down the phone when asking for our money back avoid this outfit at all costs ...

Did not recieve the limo requested in contract and the music system within the limo did not work. I suggest hiring through direct limo service rather than using the company to manage your booking, a lot cheaper. Charged a lot for not having drivers number and going back on previous claim of soft drinks provided. At the start very polite but any communication after booking was not to standard. The limo driver himself (not part of the company) was lovely he was apologetic for the music system not working .

Hired the c300 bentley for my daughters prom. Driver was polite in letting us taking our time for photos, very neat limo with complimentary drinks for the girls. Arrived on time & collected on time. Highly recommended. Great service

PLEASE BE AWARE IF HIRING IN THE NOTTINGHAM AREA!!! Extremely disappointing...These people work with Nottingham limo hire and im guessing many other sites across the UK so your vehicle may NOT come from one of their more prestigious flet. Please be sure to ask from which limo service which they work with where your vehicle is coming from especially if needed outside of 1 of the major cities. A lot of money spent on a hummer that has clearly seen better days. I'd personally suggest anything but the hummer since after the fact i was told no new hummers have entered the UK since 2008 by Muhammed from East Anglia limo hire (where apparently thats where the vehicle i sent was from...AVOID!!!)ASK questions, yet better still photos because in my case I definitely DID NOT get what i had paid for!!!

From the first phone call this company was highly attentive to my Many needs and demands. I stopped looking for quotes elsewhere as they had the best price- this was the best decision I made. The bus we hired was a party bus for my daughters 16th surprise birthday party for 16 people. I wasn’t sure about the reaction as my daughter is extremely hard to please (as most parents of teens can relate to😫)and was dubious. However it paid off! I’m in the good books😍
She LOVED it so much. Had to take pictures (on the sly of course 😅) of her happy face. She rarely smiles and she DIDNT stop smiling ALL the time we were on the bus! So you can play your own music from your phone which was a huge hit!😋
There were all various ages on the bus ranging from 65-1! EVERYONE loved loved loved it. The teens are still raving about it- months later.
My mum- who is a disabled grandma by the way- loved it more than everyone! Suitable for all ages! So comfortable- were provided with cool refreshments and had bright party lighting which the kids loved for taking pictures for social media- the background works great!
Only issue- but not related to the company- pop a travel sickness pill for anyone who suffers from motion sickness.
