Is the competition really free to enter?

Yes. There is no entry fee to take part. Simply complete the entry form on this page, confirm you accept the Terms & Conditions, and submit your details.

What exactly can I win?

One winner will receive a 2‑hour chauffeur‑driven Baby Bentley limousine experience in London for themselves and their chosen guests, up to the limo’s standard seating capacity.

Who can enter the competition?

Anyone aged 18 or over can enter, as long as they can use the prize in London and travel to and from the agreed pick‑up point. You do not have to be a UK resident, but you must be in the UK and able to take the prize within 6 months.

When does the competition close?

There is no fixed closing date. Entries stay open until Kroovel runs the live TikTok draw from the official Kroovel account. The date and time of the live draw will be announced in advance on this page and on Kroovel’s social channels.

How is the winner chosen?

All verified entries received before the live draw are added to the pool. During the live TikTok stream, we use a digital wheel to randomly select one winner from that pool.

How will I know if I’ve won?

We’ll announce the winner live on TikTok during the draw, then contact them directly using the email address and/or phone number provided on the entry form to confirm the prize and arrange details.

When can I use the limo experience if I win?

The Baby Bentley limo experience can be booked Monday to Thursday and must be used within 6 months from the date we confirm you as the winner, subject to vehicle and chauffeur availability.

Where does the limo pick up and drop off?

Pick‑up and drop‑off must be within Kroovel’s standard London service area. The exact locations and route are agreed with you in advance.

Can I exchange the prize for cash or a different car?

No. There is no cash alternative, and the prize is for the 2‑hour Baby Bentley limo experience described. Any variations are at Kroovel’s discretion and would be agreed with you in advance.
