Kroovel Free Limo Experience Competition Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern entry into the Kroovel Free Limo Experience Competition and explain eligibility, prize use, booking rules, and winner selection.

1. Promoter

This free prize draw is organised and operated by Kroovel Ltd (Company No: 16357730) (“Kroovel”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By entering, participants agree to be bound by these terms in full.

2. Eligibility

• The competition is open to entrants worldwide unless otherwise stated. Entrants under the age of 18 must have the express permission of a parent or legal guardian. If a winner is under 18, the prize must be accepted, booked, and supervised by a parent or guardian aged 18 or over. Kroovel reserves the right to request proof of identity, age, or consent at any stage.

• Employees of Kroovel Ltd, their immediate family members, and any third parties involved in administering this competition are not eligible to enter.

3. Free entry

No purchase is necessary to enter. Entry is free by completing the online entry form on the Kroovel website. Only one entry per person is permitted unless otherwise stated. Duplicate, incomplete, false, automated, or fraudulent entries will be disqualified without notice.

4. Bonus entries

Where advertised, optional bonus entries may be offered for promotional actions such as following Kroovel’s social media pages, liking content, commenting, or tagging friends. Bonus actions are entirely optional and not required for entry. Bonus entries may be verified before being accepted and Kroovel reserves the right to reject any that cannot be verified.

5. Prize

One (1) winner will receive a complimentary limousine hire experience provided by Kroovel (“the Prize”). Full prize details are described on the competition page or relevant promotional material. The Prize is non-transferable unless agreed in writing, non-refundable, and has no cash equivalent. It must be redeemed within 6 months of the winner being notified. Kroovel reserves the right to substitute the Prize with one of equal or greater value if required.

6. Booking and availability

All prizes are strictly subject to availability. Advance booking is required and requested dates and times are not guaranteed until confirmed in writing by Kroovel. The following dates may be excluded or subject to a surcharge:

Peak dates and weekends

• Bank holidays
• School prom season
• New Year’s Eve
• Weddings and major event dates

Booking confirmation will be provided in writing.

7. Operators and vehicle supply

Vehicle services may be supplied by approved third-party operators within the Kroovel network. If the advertised vehicle becomes unavailable, unroadworthy, or unsuitable, Kroovel may provide an equivalent or better replacement. Vehicle colour, interior specification, features, and styling cannot be guaranteed.

8. Amendments and date changes

Winners may request amendments up to seven (7) days before the hire date, subject to availability. Amendments include changes to date, time, pick-up address, route, destination, vehicle type, or passenger details. Any such changes may incur administration or supplier charges. If a confirmed date is changed by the winner, charges may apply depending on the notice given.

9. Additional charges

Unless expressly included in the Prize, the following may incur additional cost to the winner:

• Additional hire time
• Waiting time
• Congestion charges
• Parking and tolls
• Out-of-area mileage
• Decoration requests
• Special event surcharges
• Damage or cleaning charges

10. Winner selection

The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries after the closing date. Draws may be conducted live on social media for transparency. Kroovel’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

11. Winner notification

The winner will be contacted using the details provided at the time of entry. If no response is received within seven (7) days of notification, Kroovel reserves the right to redraw and select an alternative winner.

12. Cancellation by winner

Once a Prize booking has been confirmed, any cancellation requested by the winner may be subject to applicable charges at Kroovel’s discretion. No-shows or last-minute cancellations may result in forfeiture of the Prize without compensation.

13. Behaviour and passenger conduct

The winner and their party must behave responsibly throughout the hire. No person may:

• Smoke or vape where prohibited
• Cause damage to the vehicle or property
• Be abusive, threatening, or dangerous
• Commit any criminal or illegal act
• Prevent the safe operation of the vehicle

The operator reserves the right to terminate the hire immediately and remove passengers if conduct is deemed unacceptable, without refund or compensation.

14. Damage liability

Any damage, excessive cleaning requirements, losses, or repair costs caused by the winner or their party may be charged directly to the winner. Kroovel reserves the right to pursue recovery of such costs.

15. Publicity

By entering, participants agree that Kroovel may use their name and likeness for promotional purposes in connection with this competition, unless they opt out in writing prior to the draw.

16. Data protection and marketing

• By entering, participants consent to Kroovel Ltd storing and processing their personal data solely for the purpose of administering this competition. Personal data may be shared with trusted third parties, operators, partners, or service providers where required to fulfil the Prize. All data is handled in accordance with Kroovel’s Privacy Policy and applicable data protection legislation.

• Where participants have separately opted in via the entry form, Kroovel may contact them regarding offers, promotions, and future competitions. This consent is optional and is not a condition of entry.

17. Limitation of liability

Kroovel Ltd acts as promoter and booking agent. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kroovel is not liable for losses caused by third-party operators, delays, traffic, weather, breakdowns, road closures, or any event outside its reasonable control. Existing consumer rights remain unaffected.

18. Force majeure

Kroovel is not liable for any cancellation or delay caused by circumstances outside its reasonable control, including but not limited to road traffic accidents, severe weather, civil disturbance, industrial disputes, terrorism, vehicle technical faults, or road closures.

19. Complaints

Any operational complaints arising on the day of hire should first be raised directly with the supplying operator. Kroovel will assist where reasonably possible. Existing consumer rights remain unaffected.

20. General

Kroovel reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel this competition at any time where necessary. Entry constitutes full acceptance of these terms. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
